You agree that if the Vehicle Delivery Form is not signed during both delivery and return, you will be deemed to have accepted its content, and if you have an objection to the Form, you will have an appraisal done by the expert whose expenses you will cover, otherwise your objections will not be taken into account.
The vehicle, along with its accessories and keys, is your responsibility. As long as the rental agreement continues, you must use the vehicle you have rented in accordance with the Highway Traffic Law No. 2918 dated 13.10.1983 and the Traffic Rules No. 26901.
- It is your responsibility to drive the vehicle in compliance with road, climatic conditions and speed limits. You are responsible for all damages that may occur as a result of using the vehicle outside its capacity and production purpose, hitting places different from the road level such as bumps and potholes, using it in the field and on the beach, and damages caused by water entering the engine or other parts of the vehicle. You must not use the vehicle for racing, speeding, testing the vehicle's durability and speed, or teaching someone else to drive.
- Keep the vehicle locked whenever you are not using it. Make sure you use the correct and appropriate fuel. Check the oil levels and keep the tire pressures at the proper level.
- Even if you have returned the vehicle, you are responsible for any crimes, parking tickets, traffic fines, illegal OGS and HGS passes that may occur later during the period when the vehicle was in your use. In addition, if requested from you, you are obliged to provide all requested information about you and the additional driver with you. If you do not provide this information completely and completely, all responsibility belongs to you.
- You may not sell, rent or dispose of the vehicle or any of its parts. Even for free, you cannot make the tool available to anyone other than the names in the contract. You cannot give any person legal rights on the vehicle and you cannot transfer your own rights.
- Under no circumstances should you top up the brake, clutch, transmission oils or engine coolants fluid levels for your own safety. If any warning light comes on or low oil levels appear on the instrument panel, contact us immediately. In case of emergency, the telephone number that you can reach 24 hours a day will be given to you by the office representative from whom you received the vehicle.
- When you detect any malfunction with the vehicle, you must immediately warn us. Do not allow any person to work on the vehicle without any written permission.
- You must bring the vehicle to the place we have agreed with you in advance, within our working hours. The vehicle must be received by checking its condition and being seen by our employees or authorized persons. If you are unable to control the condition of the vehicle, or if we have agreed with you to return the vehicle outside of working hours, you have agreed in advance for the inspection to be made by the person we authorized or our employee and you will be responsible for any damages that may occur until the situation is determined. If you object to this due diligence, you can request an expert review, provided that the costs are covered.
- Expenses we will make to return the vehicle to its pre-rental condition due to changes made to the vehicle without our approval, damages that were not recorded in the minutes and/or reported with incomplete documents during the return of the vehicle, and damages that are not covered exclusively by the insurance coverage/over the coverage limit, the interior of the vehicle, the rims of the vehicle. damages are your responsibility.
- The vehicle must only be driven by you, the additional driver specified on the contract, or by persons authorized by us in writing. The person driving the vehicle must have a valid driver's license.
- You cannot drive the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. You cannot carry passengers over its capacity and you cannot take them outside the borders of Turkey.
- Before returning the vehicle, check if you have any personal belongings. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
The fees you are responsible for are :
- Rental and one-way, navigation, baby seat, etc. specified on this website or on the vehicle delivery form. other fees, The sum of wages, losses, damages, expenditures, costs or liabilities caused by not complying with the rules specified in your responsibilities section.,
- You will receive the vehicle from our offices with a full fuel tank. If you return the fuel tank below the level you received; the fuel fee between the fuel level specified in the vehicle delivery form and the return fuel level and an additional 25% service fee,
- All tolls (bridge, highway, ferry, etc.), waiting compensation, traffic fines, speed limit fines, court costs that may occur due to parking or other traffic offenses (including costs that may arise due to towing and / or connecting the vehicle), and damages in case of confiscation,
- Tolls, fines or incurring costs that we have to pay on your behalf and a service fee of 20 TL per payment,
- All damage repair costs that are not specified in the Vehicle Delivery Form at the exit of the rental and are not recorded in the minutes,
- The repair cost of the damages that will occur due to user error, which are not covered by the insurance, and the fees of the days we cannot rent the vehicle due to the damages that are not covered by the insurance, (Standard daily rental price will be charged over the price.)
- Damages that may arise due to the detention of the vehicle by the Police forces for any reason and the fees for the days we cannot rent the vehicle,
- Fees that may arise for delivering and picking up the vehicle outside the city limits where our relevant office is located
- Due to not paying your debt on time, a 5% monthly delay penalty is applied and this rate is adjusted according to the monthly loan interest rates of the Central Bank according to the current conditions. VAT will be added to the above-mentioned fees.
- By signing the Vehicle Delivery Form, you accept our insurance terms. Unless otherwise stated, the insurance conditions in this information text will be valid. If there is a separate insurance application, we will share information about this insurance coverage and necessary conditions in this area.
The vehicle you will rent is protected against crash, crash, theft and theft attempt. Damages to third parties are also protected within the limits of traffic insurance. There is no damage exemption in our insurance conditions that we apply. However, the costs of damages that are not properly recorded (accident detection report, alcohol report, documents of the parties involved in the accident, etc.) belong exclusively to the user. In case of undeclared damages, the damage repair process is definitely not carried out with the driver's statement.

Responsibility for any damage exceeding the insurance coverage limits belongs to our users.

If you have not fulfilled the main obligations of the contract, we may charge additional fees for the collection of loss, damage and loss of income based on our rights arising from the contract and the law.
You can cancel your rental free of charge, at least 6 hours before you pick up the vehicle. If the vehicle cannot be delivered to you due to the cancellation of the transaction or non-compliance with the rental conditions in less than 6 hours remaining to the rental, the 1 (one) day rental fee of the booked vehicle will not be refunded. During reservation-heavy periods (between 15 June and 15 September and holidays), free reservation cancellation will end 24 hours before the rental and the 1-day rental fee will not be refunded.
